A Multidisciplinary Healthcare Centre
Our story began in March 1988, when our first clinic opened as Thorncliffe Medical Centre, serving the Thorncliffe community in East York. In 2011, we opened our second clinic, Victoria Medical Group, in North York.
Today, our two clinics bring together experienced family physicians, medical specialists, psychotherapists, social workers, and a compassionate healthcare team to deliver coordinated care for patients of all ages.
Whether you are seeking preventive care, chronic disease management, specialist consultation, mental health support, or urgent medical attention, our team is dedicated to providing quality, evidence-based care tailored to your needs and history.

Every patient can expect attentive, respectful, and compassionate care during every visit.
We offer a wide range of diagnostic and allied health services in one place. Our facilities include digital X-ray, diagnostic ultrasound, an accredited cardiac diagnostic laboratory, and an on-site laboratory for bloodwork. Prescriptions can be filled at Curlew Compounding Pharmacy, located within our North York clinic.
