A Doctor Who Knows You
Family medicine is built on a continuing relationship: one physician who follows your health over the years, a healthcare partner through every stage of life. Understanding each patient and their concerns is our priority. Our family doctors develop personalized treatment plans for preventive care and chronic disease management, and address concerns that cannot wait.
Your doctor also has the centre's wider expertise to draw on. Our family physicians work alongside on-site specialists in internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, and psychiatry. Your doctor can bring in a second perspective or refer you internally when your care calls for it.
Our multicultural team speaks 10+ languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and Spanish, so patients receive care in a language they understand.
Existing and New Patients
If you are already enrolled with one of our family physicians, please book online. If you are new to our centre, please register online or call us. Walk-in care is also available at set weekly times.
See a Physician without an Appointment
Walk-ins are welcome during specific times.
Refugee patients with Interim Federal Health Program (Blue Cross) coverage are welcome.
