Ling Sun

Ms. Ling Sun is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations of Victoria Medical Group and Thorncliffe Medical Group, bringing over 18 years of healthcare management experience in Canada. Since entering the healthcare industry in 2007, she has successfully led the development and growth of multiple medical and diagnostic imaging facilities.

Starting with an 800 sq. ft. diagnostic imaging clinic in 2011, Ling helped build and expand it into a multidisciplinary healthcare organization providing family medicine, specialty care, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging services.

Her expertise includes clinic operations, healthcare facility planning, regulatory compliance, strategic growth, and patient-centred service delivery. Ling has also led major healthcare infrastructure projects, including the development of comprehensive medical centres and community vaccination programs.

She is passionate about creating accessible, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services and continues to lead the expansion and innovation of community-based medical care.
